What is currently programs of CADDP doing right now?
I.
Education Program:
- Community School for Children &
youth with difficulty (CSC):
1. English Classes:
CADDP had been being opened five English Classes (Two hours in the morning
and other Three hours in the afternoon) in the total amount of 126 poor
children that has girl in total 63 girls among them (including 26
disabled children that there are 2 girls). CADDP has asked their parents
to contribute in total of 4000 Riel to 6000 Riel per month per child (if they
can). All 5 English Classes have been being
taught under the Canvas in front of my house.
Note: 126 children & youths (54
girls); which included 26 children & youth with disabilities-2 girl).
2. Khmer and Mathematic Classes:
CADDP had been being opened one Khmer Language Class that has in total
amount of 16 pupils. CADDP has asked their parents to contribute
in total of 4000 Riel to 6000 Riel per month per child (if they can). And CADDP
also has been being opened one Mathematic Class that has in total amount of 16
students. CADDP has asked their parents to contribute in total of 4000
Riel to 6000 Riel per month per child (if they can). The one Khmer Language & Mathematic Classes have been being taught
under the Canvas in front of my house.
3. Literacy Classes:
CADDP had been being opened one Khmer Language Class that has in total
amount of 18 youths who had dropped out school. This class is free of
charge for those young youths.
Note: CADDP has been being welcomed the
student from Saint Paul Institute to teach English, Khmer languages and
Mathematic at our office.
B. Sponsorship:
CADDP had been being supported 15 children & youths with
disabilities in learning & health materials, 18 bikes, rice and uniforms. They
are living at their houses and they are accessing in the Government schools.
There are 4 children with disabilities and 5
extremely poor children who are staying at CADDP`s office in order to continue
their studying in the Government schools (primary and secondary schools).
The other hand, by receiving the donation in some
cash, medicines and rice (50Kg per person) from the Generous people who are
living in USA through Cambodian Educational Network
(CEN) in order to distribute for 271 children & youth with
disabilities who are living in Dang Tong District of Kampot province,
Cambodia.
It
has plan to open one class of community pre-school for 20 poor pupils, one
housing that will be welcomed 10 boys with disabilities and one class of
computer skill training (including secretary and accounting skills) for 30
youths and other people in the sooner time.
